HEAD OF OPERATIONS

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Participates in formulating and administering company policies. directing and coordinating all divisional department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.

• Improve sales strategies and ensure sales targets are met.

• Improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being Purchase materials. plan inventory and ensure warehouse efficiency.

• To maintain good relationship with Doctors and Business Partners of the company.

• To enhance the perfomtance of company branch network while having regular visits to branches.

• Contribute towards the achievement of company's strategic and operational objectives

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Over 5 Years Proven work experience in related field.

• Experience in the lab management will he an added advantage.

• Degree in Operations/Business Administration or equivalent professional qualification

• Proven track record with 7 - 10 years’ similar work experience in laboratory field

• Leadership and Interpersonal skills

• Sound Knowledge in MS Office Packages

• Effective presentation, communication & negotiation skills with people ad relationship management.
