Key Responsibilities
Coach your field sales team to ensure
- Appropriate ‘Scientific Knowledge’ to effectively leverage on multi-channel brand strategies whilst understanding the treatment guidelines and patient profiles
- Comprehensive disease and pathology knowledge to leverage decision making
- Develop understanding of competitor’s brands and effective leveraging of same
- To support selling approach and build credibility
- Coaching the field sales team to select and prioritize appropriate customer targets to develop robust call plans with KPI’s
- To build understanding of territory performance, develop actionable insights, identify territory opportunities and to develop insight based territory business plans
Leading Performance by
- Analyzing area performance dynamics to develop insight based plans and tactical activities.
- Ensuring implementation of multi-channel business plans, using KPIs to track performance.
- Constructing tailored coaching development plans to build the capabilities and the effectiveness of the team and lead all performance management discussions
Development of Selling Skills with the
- Effective use of the ‘65K Coaching model.
- Leveraging of the appropriate multi-channel selling platforms to build multi-channel selling capabilities.
- Development of collaborative external and internal relationships to enhance the customer journey and channel customer feedback for development.
- Promote an open, honest transparent and results focused working environment that delivers on commitments including sales administration.

Experience / Knowledge / Technical Skills Required
Personal Profile
- A candidate with a successful track record and a minimum of 4 years experience in sales.
- Minimum of degree or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university / institution.
- Strong commercial acumen and judgement.
- Advanced problem solving and decision making skills.
- Experience in building and maintaining effective partnerships to achieve business objectives.
- Accomplished in leading, motivating and developing high performing teams.
- High result orientation with integrity (continuous improvement. customer focus, enable & drive change).
- Highly effective interpersonal skills; including excellent English written and verbal communication.
