Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Develop & implement Sri Lanka Multichannel customer engagement strategic plan to establish competitive advantage
- Drive successful transformation and change management to incorporate multi-channel vision
- Drive the multi-channel content management strategy for priority channels
- Work in partnership with IT. Global stakeholders and Design center to accelerate digital capability
- Accelerate the adoption and benefits of core digital-multiple channel marketing tactics
- Contribute towards the broader CRM strategy
- Ensure appropriate governance of digital marketing while maintaining adherence to corporate and regulatory requirements
- Manage external vendors and the internal team for timely execution of digital initiatives
- Continue to drive & inspire marketing teams through learning and sharing of best practices occurring across teams.
Experience / knowledge / Technical Skills Required
- Full I part completion of a Bachelors Degree in Marketing I Public Relations
- Excellent understanding of digital platforms and know-how to create Multi-channel engagement campaigns
- Proven vendor management skills
- An excellent grasp of English
- An eye for detail with Strong project management and planning skills
- Inquisitive with excellent listening and creative skills
Energetic and positive team player with the ability to build relationships across the business.
